AKSARA AL-AHKAM: Journal of Islamic Law is a peer-reviewed scientific journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research in the field of Islamic law (Islamic Law). The journal serves as a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, judges, and policymakers to disseminate original research findings, conceptual studies, literature reviews, and case studies that contribute to the advancement of knowledge and practice in Islamic law and its relation to the development of society.

AKSARA AL-AHKAM publishes manuscripts based on normative (doctrinal) legal research, empirical (socio-legal) research, qualitative and quantitative research, literature reviews, conceptual papers, and case studies that demonstrate originality, scientific rigor, and practical contributions to the development of Islamic law. All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure scientific quality and publication integrity.
